Saturday, December 13th, Paris, 8.15am
I will directly stop people who know me ( I heard them already... "but he don't even live in Paris') : To make it easier to locate, i put Paris and not Torcy ! So... my Iphone's alarm screamed and woke me up (Yes, i've got an Iphone and it rocks !!!).Two months i was waiting for the day i will hit asia again. I asked my father to drive me to the Airport (Charles de Gaules, we have 2 airports in Paris, the other is Orly and by the way there are not in 'Paris' same thing with Torcy) cause first thing : i don't have my driving licence (i know it's not the subject cause it's stupid to drive to the airport if YOU are the person who take the plane... but this remark will help readers to know more about me!) and second thing : The train company is on strike again (If you come in Paris, try to NOT visit in winter cause STRIKE THERE WILL BE especially when it's cold). In fact, my little sister was there too and SHE drove me to get my plane. Of course, my girlfriend came too. It's always weird to say goodbye to your half when you leave and in my case : for one month on holiday. I felt a bit guilty... Arrived to the airport, last kiss and front to the checking desk of Singapore Airlines; the stewardess said : "hmmm i'm sorry but you have a Visa problem..." To resume in few words, Viet Kieu (Vietnamese who live abroad) can have a Visa exemption. The problem is that this visa exemption is on my old passport. I made a new passport cause all pages was full and instead to extend it they made me a new one... which means new passport number so the Visa exemption isn't work anymore. Finally, the chief crew came and accept to let me take the flight but he asked me first if I speak vietnamese. Thanks to my parents, I do. He asked me this cause he knows that we can "negotiate" there.

Airplane, 11.15 am
Singapore Airlines is a good company! Staff is nice and there will serve food and drink all the time ! I 've got 12 hours before getting to singapore. I tried to sleep between the movies. I watched 4 films... Make the count, i didn't sleep a lot, so excited !

Saigon Airport, 9 am
Like I thought, they don't let me pass. The cops told me that he couldn't let me pass cause my Visa is on my old passport BUT they regulate this by paying 10 US$. I paid... another cop came back and give me back my two passport. I checked but nothing changed. So i asked him why I don't have a new Visa exemption on my New passport? He replied that here they cannot provide me this kind of paper cause they only provide Tourist's Visa... So I was wondering why should I pay then? He told me that they add my new passport on the computer system and it's should be OK. But it was not OK for me. So i asked my money back pretending that i was agree to pay ONLY if they give me a Visa exempt paper for my new passport. Finally, seeing that I REALLY want my money, he gave me the 10$ !!! And they let me pass! During this time, my luggage was turning and turning on the travelator ! So long that they put it on the side. Seeing bunch of people around the travelator, i waited, waited til a guy said : it's over ! Please go complain on desk 4! By chance, someone saw me so pissed of, advise me to check at the corner... My bag was there alone crying for me ! I was so happy !

9.50am
All my bags on me, i crossed two line of people waiting to pick up travellers, praying that Ling was one of them. Wearing my big purple hoodie and a pullover, the heat hit my face and body. Then i heard a girly voice i know screaming my name : my sista was there !!!! COOL
Now here we are ! Good Morning VIETNAM !!!

It's been a long time since i wrote here but this time it's different, i will be more motivate and serious. Why? Cause i've got a girlfriend now ! Yes, I DO ! I met her last year in Cambodia... Maybe it's the reason why i didn't wrote a lot when I was there... No, it's a lie... I was too lazy... She is not here with me cause she works a lot and cannot take holidays!
I decided to take 1 month holiday to see my best friend Linh who is expat in Saigon, Vietnam! Then we will go to chill out in Philippines where Nary and Franz will join us.
Actually, i like to write, so let's try to make it again for my friends and family also ! I will try to add more picture and tell you what happens day by day if i can...
